Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any MarketingWithAK digital marketing course in Aligarh or accessing our online services.

1.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing marketingwithak.in or enrolling in any digital marketing course at our Aligarh centre or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately. MarketingWithAK reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Enrolled students will be notified of significant changes via their registered email.

2.

Enrollment & Eligibility

To enroll in a MarketingWithAK digital marketing course — either at our Aligarh centre or online — you must:
– Be at least 16 years of age (or provide parental consent if below 16)
– Submit accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration
– Have basic computer literacy and access to a stable internet connection
– Agree to follow our student code of conduct and community guidelines throughout the course

MarketingWithAK reserves the right to reject any enrollment application at its sole discretion.

3.

Fees & Payment

  • Course fees are as displayed on marketingwithak.in at the time of enrollment.
  • Fees may be paid via UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, or EMI options
  • All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Students already enrolled will not be affected by any mid-batch fee revisions

🔒 All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. MarketingWithAK does not store your card or payment credentials.

4.

Refund Policy

  • Before Batch Start (7+ days in advance): 100% refund on request
  • Within 7 Days of Batch Start: 50% refund upon verified written request
  • After 7 Days of Batch Commencement: No refund will be issued
  • After Certificate Issuance: No refund under any circumstances

    All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@marketingwithak.com with your Enrollment ID and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5.

Student Conduct

The following behaviours may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund:
 
  • Sharing course login credentials or recorded sessions with non-enrolled individuals
  • Harassing, disrespecting, or abusing instructors, mentors, or fellow students
  • Submitting plagiarised work or presenting others’ work as your own
  • Using skills or knowledge gained for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical marketing practices
  • Recording live sessions and distributing them without prior written permission from MarketingWithAK

6.

Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, PDFs, presentation slides, templates, assignments, and live session recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of MarketingWithAK and its instructors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course material. Personal use for your own learning and revision is permitted.

7.

Certification

Certificates are awarded only upon full completion of all required modules, practical assignments, and live project submissions. MarketingWithAK digital certificates carry a unique Verification ID that can be authenticated at marketingwithak.in/verify-student. Certificates may be revoked at any time in cases of fraud, misconduct, or misrepresentation.

8.

Placement Assistance

MarketingWithAK offers dedicated placement assistance to all eligible graduates. This is a supportive career service — not a guaranteed employment contract.

⚠️ Our 95% placement statistic reflects students who actively engaged in placement preparation, mock interviews, and job application activities. Placement support remains available for 12 months after course completion.

9.

Limitation of Liability

MarketingWithAK shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or services. In all circumstances, our total liability shall not exceed the total course fee paid by the student for the specific course in question.

10.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
